MU Juice Stabilizing Resin is a Heat cured resin for stabilizing and hardening soft,punky,spalted woods to become solid for smooth cutting and other porous material. Dyes may be added to create color effects.
MU Juice is easy to use and does not significantly change the color of most woods. It’s not solvent based and can be reused again and again. Stop throwing away those punky blanks and give e a try.

BELOW IS THE WOOD STABILIZE PROCESS

You will need have vacuum chamber, air compressor and mircowave or oven

Before stabilize the weight is 5.7 Gram

After stabilized the weight become 19.2 gram

Start vacuum you will see alot of bubble, keep the vacuum going until you see very few bubbles coming from the blanks. after all the air has been evacuated, release the vacuum and turn of your pump. allow the excess mu juice to drain from the blanks and then wrap them in aluminum foil.

The blanks just take out from the oven.

We try to drill a hole to ensure the inner part is solid, fully absorb Mu juice and dyes

after stabilized, the wood become solid, it will be sink on the water
